Who Provides the Service

MyFitTrainingPlan.com is operated by Vladimir, an individual based in Thailand. In these terms, “we” and “us” refer to the operator. For questions about an order or these terms, email support@myfittrainingplan.com.

What You Are Buying

The service creates an AI-generated four-week training plan in PDF format using your questionnaire answers and instructions developed from Vladimir’s and Irena’s practical training experience. Each generated plan is not individually reviewed or approved by either of them.

Your purchase is for the PDF described at checkout. It does not include live coaching, technique assessment, medical screening, ongoing supervision, or automatic revisions. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The current advertised price is $5 USD; review the total and any applicable taxes displayed at checkout before paying.

Preparation, Payment, and Download

The normal sequence is questionnaire, automated plan generation and PDF preparation, Stripe checkout, payment confirmation, and download. A sample PDF is available before purchase. The complete personal PDF is unlocked after payment is confirmed; preparing the file does not give free access to it.

The primary delivery method is a download through the website, not an emailed plan. Keep your receipt. Download access uses your browser’s essential cookie, so contact support if you have paid but cannot access your file. Payment confirmation can take time; a return from checkout alone is not proof of successful payment.

Generation may fail or be temporarily unavailable. Limits help prevent repeated automated requests and may also affect people sharing a network. Where the service offers a support form after a confirmed failure, submitting it is a request for manual follow-up, not an immediate download or an automatic purchase.

Eligibility and Accurate Answers

The service is for adults aged 18 or older. The current questionnaire supports ages 18–70. Provide accurate answers within the questionnaire’s supported ranges and choose a schedule you can realistically follow. Do not use the service to seek emergency help or medical treatment.

Fitness Guidance and Safety

The plan and website content provide general fitness information. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or an individual assessment of your readiness to exercise. Information about a health condition does not establish that a generated recommendation is safe or appropriate for you.

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable suggestions. Review the plan before exercising. Do not follow exercises that conflict with professional advice or restrictions you have been given. If you have a condition, injury, or uncertainty that affects exercise, obtain appropriate guidance from a qualified healthcare or exercise professional.

No one monitors your sessions through this service. Stop exercising if you develop concerning symptoms and seek appropriate medical help; use local emergency services for an emergency. Results vary. No particular amount of weight loss, muscle growth, strength gain, or other result is guaranteed.

Refunds and Problems with an Order

You can request a full refund within seven calendar days of purchase under our Refund Policy, including after downloading the plan. Contact support separately about non-delivery, duplicate charges, or a product that was not supplied as described. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Your Data

Questionnaire answers are sent to OpenAI to generate the plan before payment. Stripe handles checkout. Saved plans, technical identifiers, order information, and support requests are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read it before submitting personal or health information.

Personal Use of Your Plan

You may download, save, print, and use your purchased plan for your own training, and share it with a professional advising you. Do not resell it, publish it as your own commercial product, or misuse the service to obtain other customers’ files. Rights in site materials and third-party content remain with their respective owners; we do not claim exclusive ownership of general exercise methods or promise that AI-generated text is unique.

Responsibility and Mandatory Rights

You are responsible for deciding how to act on general fitness information and for seeking the supervision you need. We remain responsible to the extent required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, removes your refund rights, or requires you to give up mandatory consumer protections.

Questions, Disputes, and Changes

Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a problem. These terms do not require arbitration in California or restrict any mandatory right to use a court or consumer authority available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms for future use of the service and show the revised date here. Changes do not retrospectively reduce the rights or refund terms attached to an existing purchase.
